Enjoy a unique two to three hour experience on the beautiful island of Mallorca, where the protagonist is the seasonal produce from the orchard and fruit orchards. Explore the authenticity and freshness of local foods in a natural and picturesque setting.

Welcome and Tour of the countryside and greenhouses

Upon arrival at a charming Mallorcan finca, you are greeted by a local guide who introduces you to the history and agricultural practices of the region. Depending on the season, you will be able to pick a variety of fresh produce. In spring, you're likely to find artichokes and strawberries; in summer, tomatoes, peppers and aubergines; in autumn, pumpkins and citrus fruits; and in winter, oranges, lemons and leafy greens.

Accompanied by the guide, you tour the garden and greenhouse, learning about growing and harvesting techniques. You will have the option of having a bag in which to pick your favourite fruit or vegetable. You enjoy the pleasure of picking your own food directly from the earth.

Tasting of Local Products and Typical Drinks

The next stage of the experience is dedicated to a tasting of fresh, top quality produce from the farm. A local chef will welcome you to turn the fresh ingredients into a delicious and simple Mediterranean delicacy.
You can participate in the preparation of a fresh salad with the picked tomatoes, peppers and herbs or the making of a traditional aioli, or enjoy a simple but exquisite bruschetta with artisan bread, garlic and freshly picked tomatoes, dressed with olive oil.
To accompany these fresh dishes, you enjoy a glass of light and refreshing local wine or a fresh lemonade made from the freshly picked lemons.

To finish, you enjoy a glass of Mallorcan herbal liqueur, made from a blend of local aromatic plants, tea or coffee.

- Winter: During the colder months, you can participate in preparing a creamy rice dish with the vegetables we harvest from our extensive gardens. The selection of vegetables you make will determine the complementary flavors of this rich rice.


- May and June: In spring, especially during May and June, you can take part in the activity of making herbal liqueur, a local tradition that will allow you to learn about the properties and uses of the region's aromatic plants.


- Summer: In summer, the experience includes a barbecue to enjoy hot and crispy vegetables as well as fresh fruits that we will also harvest. You can enjoy refreshing fruit salads with watermelons and other seasonal fruits.


We will help you create your favorite "farm-to-table" dishes, tailoring each activity to your preferences and the best time of year for each ingredient.
