How can I cancel my experience?

Cancellations of experiences purchased only through the internet and paid by card, must be made by phone +34 625 27 50 65 or by email info@toureco.es, where you must provide the service contract code.

* Telephone service hours: Monday to Friday from 15:00 p.m. to 20:00 p.m.

How far in advance can I cancel my experience?

In the cancellation, TOURECO,

-> Cancel before 10 days: 100% of the payment will be refunded.

-> Cancel between the 9th and 5th day: 50% refund.

-> Cancel less than 4 days in advance: 0% refund due to space and time reservation issues on the part of the collaborators.

How can I change the date or time of the experience?

Changes in the date or time will not incur additional cost if you request said changes at least 10 business days (Monday to Friday) in advance of the time and date of the trip.

A surcharge of up to 25% of the price of the service will be applied if the change is requested between 9 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday)  in advance to the time and date of the trip.

A surcharge of up to 50% of the price of the service will be applied if the change is requested between 4 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday)  in advance to the time and date of the trip.

A surcharge of up to 100% of the price of the service will be applied if the change is requested less than 2 business days (Monday to Friday)  in advance to the time and date of the trip.

What happens if the weather is clearly adverse?

In Mallorca, the weather is usually good, however, the weather can change depending on the municipality of the island, so only if a clearly adverse forecast is predicted, we will contact you to offer an alternative.

In the event that the experience cannot take place, we will call you the day before and offer an alternative time and experience. This will take place at a similar time and price to the previously chosen activity. 

In the event that we do not contact you by phone or email the day before the booking, the experience will take place as normal and we will meet you at the time and place you have booked.
