Local and ecological production

Working with native black bees, carefully and respectfully, they produce organic honey of the highest quality using ecological methods. Their beehives are not subjected to any chemical treatments, and honey extraction is carried out using centrifugation systems that ensure the purity of the product.

In a rural and welcoming environment, you will have the opportunity to delve into the intricacies of the honey production process. If weather conditions permit, you can observe the beehives in action on-site.

 

Seasonal flavors

Carefully choose the time of your visit to savor the authentic flavors of the island's most typical and exquisite honeys:

Spring: May Honey, a multifloral blend with hints of orange, broom, almond, and more.

Summer: Alfalfa and caper honey, with unique flavors that capture the essence of summer.

Don't forget to wear closed-toe shoes and socks for your comfort and safety. Bees will also appreciate if you refrain from wearing perfume or cologne.
