Deeply rooted in the history of the region, they have embraced the challenge of revitalising the estate with innovative and sustainable farming practices. Their commitment was recognised with the Mallorca Award in 2023 for outstanding organic farming.

From the milking parlour to the curing room, each step of the process reflects the care and dedication of the artisans who work tirelessly to create a masterpiece of flavour and quality.
