A Place with History:

This estate dates back to the year 1369 and is known on the island for the unique neogothic chapel built in its vicinity, overlooking the lands that stretch between Llucmajor and Cap Blanc.

Legend has it that the owner of the estate had it constructed when he saw his wish to have a son fulfilled. The truth is that today it blesses the vineyard and the cellar of the place.

The Process: Manual from Pruning to Labeling

The entire process is done manually, from pruning to bottling and labeling.

The manual involvement throughout the process results in a high-quality artisanal product.

Location and Climate, a Key Factor

Located in the marina of Llucmajor (Mallorca), it benefits from the influence of the sea on its shallow soils, primarily composed of "terra de marès," a sandstone rock with fragments of fossils and limestone cementation. These characteristics ensure good drainage, low organic matter, and facilitate root penetration, creating optimal conditions for the cultivation of vineyards with low production but high quality.

Varieties from Here and There

The vineyard covers 20.6 hectares and consists of thirteen plots, structured according to soil type, varieties, and planting year.

Red Varieties:

Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, and Tempranillo are of foreign origin, while Callet, Gargollassa, and Mantonegro are native to Mallorca.

White Varieties:

Among the native varieties are Giró Ros and Prensal Blanc, and among the foreign ones are Chardonnay and Viognier.
